Today (25 May 2026) Mr. Supsin Chimplee Chargé d’Affaires a.i. and his spouse, together with the Royal Thai Embassy’s personnel held alms-giving, joined religious activities, including performing a Buddhist chanting ceremony and offering food to monks at Wat Dhammakittiwong in Prague, to dedicate merit to Queen Rambhai Barni, the Queen of King Prajadhipok (King Rama VII), in commemoration of the centennial celebration of the Queen’s legacy, honored by the United Nations Education, Science, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). UNESCO has included the 100th anniversary of Queen Rambhai Barni’s contributions to education, social development, and gender equality in its Anniversaries Celebration program for 2026-2027.
