On 2 June 2026, H.E. Mr. Pichit Boonsud, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Czech Republic, led the Embassy’s officials, spouses and staff to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana’s 4th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 3 June 2026, in the ceremonial rites and the signing of a well-wishing book at the Embassy to pay homage to H.M. the Queen.
Then, the Ambassador, together with the Embassy’s officials, spouses and staff as well as the Thai community in Prague joined religious activities at Wat Dhammakittiwong in Prague comprising, among others, the Buddhist chanting ceremony, meditation, alms and food offering to monks to dedicate merit to H.M. the Queen. Later, the Ambassador and everyone conducted a volunteer activity by cleaning the temple interior and its surrounding area in the afternoon.
