On 27 June 2019, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Czech Republic, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Jakub Kulhánek, Deputy Minister of Interior of the Czech Republic. On this occasion, the bilateral relations between Thailand and the Czech Republic especially the cooperation between the Thai and Czech police and the assistance of the Czech rescue team to the Thailand's Wild Boars soccer team were discussed. Moreover, both sides also exchanged views on the current political situation in the Czech Republic and Czech foreign policy regarding immigration within the Visegrad 4 and European Union.
